    Hi guys/gals,

I'm in the market for a 30" or 32" LCD TV.
I want one that is future proof (i.e. HDTV compatible), does a true 16:9, has good sound, and I can hook a PC up to.

I've been looking at the Viewsonic N3000W and the LG RZ32LZ50. However, I'm certain there are some newer better value ones on the market now ??

So what do you think is the best value for money LCD out there currently ?

    Thanks for your help :)

I have been looking to buy recently and the new Hitachi 32LD7200 looks like the best deal right now... if you can find one in stock.

    Hi Boss Hogg,

I got my 32LD7200 last week after many weeks of searching for somewhere that had one in stock.

I eventually got it from my local (Preston) branch of Apollo 2000. Also they don't stock Hitachi equipment they ordered one for me and i picked it up two days later and payed £1340 for it.

I know you can get them cheaper elsewhere, especially online, but i was fed up of ringing round everywhere else only to be constantly told that they were waiting for delivery.

I'm very pleased with the tv and the motorised swivelling stand hasn't got boring yet :) but i still cant stop tinkering with all the picture settings!

Hope this is some help, Phil.

I got the LG RZ32LZ50 an impressive LCD TV set! I am so happy with the DVI Input and the image quality of the set! I connected it to my PC through DVI and watching DVD's in full 1360X768 resolution is quite impressive! The most well spend 1400 euros of the decade!
