Question Best used projector for 3D under £1000

What would you recommend?

As per title I’m looking for a used projector under £1000 to use in the lounge for 3D. It’s going to be around 9ft from the screen and I would like a screen size 90-100in diagonal.

Definitely, this is a superb choice for the budget. It will be so much better than a DLP at similar prices and even does 4K HDR at 24 frames for Blu-ray/4K, Netflix etc.

I hope I'm not too late .... but If you are looking for a projector specifically for 3D (and I'd be curious to know why ...), why not get something much better and even cheaper than an Epson, that will last about 10x longer and won't have problems with dust buildup inside the lens.

Because that actually exists - the Optoma ZH403.

It's the office version of the HZ40, yet 100% identical but 25% cheaper. It's a friggin' laser projector, so it has an insane amount of lumens which you want for 3D, will beam for 30.000 hours and is IP6x dust resistant.

The only reason for buying an LCD like Epson instead of this one would be if you're bothered by rainbow effect.
