I'm looking to start taking advantage of HD on my recently aquired Pioneer PDP436xde......budget is £300 max for a Upscaling DVD player....what do you reccomend ?? Saw one thread indicating a Denon DVD-1920 didn't perform well on his 436xde. This was the one I was going to buy! New to all this and need some help/suggestions please.

Well, I have the Sammy DVD-HD950 upscaler and haven't had a single problem. I play my DVDs at 720p on my Sammy LCD and the pictures and sound are just gorgeous.

I watched Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence yesterday and it looked truely stunning. From a £110 player - fab :smashin:
