Best Settings for LG32lx2r ??

Hi just wondering what has everybody set there menu to on the contrast brightness colour and Sharpness menu

I have set mine to the following and was wondering if there is anybody who has found a setting thats looks really great, I would be gratefull if somebody could post there own settings so I can compare cheers guys

Contrast 64
Brightness 50
Colour 45
Sharpness 35
XD -On

Seems about right, mine are around that. I have the sharpness setting lower though at 19 (ran Avia sharpness setting)
