Hey guys, I'm new to the forums :hiya:

I'm looking for the best possible projector I can buy for about £550, and was hoping some of you could offer advice. Main purpose of the projector is watching DVD's and playing Playstation 2 games. Being able to play HD content (720p) isn't that important to me, and in this price range, I don't expect it to. I would like for it to have a DVI connection though. The beamer will be placed in the living room and used in the dark (evening).

    Any tips?

I did take a look, but where I live (Netherlands) you can't get that Sharp for less than £1000, so I can't afford it unfortunately.

The Infocus Screenplay 4805 can be had for a little more than this if you shop around. Or try searching out a Sanyo Z3 or Panasonic AE700
