Can someone help with where I can get the best price for a DS Lite?

Looking around, the cheapest I've found so far is the White one for £95 from blahdvd and play.com

But I would ideally like to get one a little cheaper if poss :)

Would prefer to get an original UK one as one, not an import ...

Cheers,

David

The only place i've seen cheaper is Costco (you need to be a member) £92.00

Gamestation have a DS lite and any game for £109

You wont find one any cheaper methinks

I got one for £67 from LXDirect using a discount voucher.

Cheapest I could get it down to at LX Direct was £88, but that would've taken until this time in March to get...

Will see if can get anything else...

By the time youve bought a game you might as well have gone to gamestation

Amazon are doing deals, like Gamestation, check them out or alternatively look in the gaming sales forum.

Picked up mine from Game today with 1 game for just under £100.

Never a good sign when the 'security' links at the bottom dont do anything when you press them. If it looks too good to be true, it usually is :lesson:

Oh, and no phone number, and when you click on the versign thing it takes you to a page which is not encrypted.

Finally, the ads on the side dont lead anywhere, and the 'links' to price runner and shopping.com just bring you back to that site, give them your money and wave bye bye in my opinion.

The site looks very similar to dabs.com as well ... that's a coincidence eh?!

Here's their "whois" lookup info...

Nice to see it was only registered last week, and yet in their "about us" page, it says their announcement is from September last year?!?!?!

Also noticed that some of the stuff they're selling are "DabsValue" ... not a site-rip at all eh?!

thanks for the heads up, i think i'll go the dvdstars route instead then,
thanks again

With the DVD Stars site, do they actually send the items over to the UK? And would you be eligable for tax once it arrived here?

Also, I'd assume you need an adapter to use it? And the warrranty wouldn't be valid here?

Yes, in theory, you would be eligible for tax, most of these types of sites are usually import friendly, warranty is an issue as well, I understand they send you a universal charger 100v-240v. Also the price when you order is more like £82.00 as the exchange rates to the site don't seem to be correct. It may be as well to order from Amazon or similar for £94.98 inc delivery
