I'm holding out for the price reduction as I only paid £16.99 each for the first 3.

AT LAST... It just took me at least 10 minutes to sign up and order 24 from Tesco. My input kept disappearing!

Oh well, at least the voucher worked! Cheers folks :)

probably have to wait until around next January/February - as that was when seasons 1 to 3 were at the £15 - £18 range at play, sendit, choices direct etc this year

I can't be ar$ed to wait, 24 is far too addictive - hope its delivered tomorrow!! - £27.99 from Amazon using a free £5 voucher (from completing surveys now and then from http://www.thats-what-i-think.co.uk).

Still waiting for Alias season 3 to drop below £20 though.

ermmm... well if you consider 5+ months relatively soon, yes
    - but as I posted its just far too addictive.

Perhaps the special offers earlier this year for seasons 1 to 3 were akin to a drug dealer's free sample - creating 24 DVD junkies who'll beg, borrow, steal or starve to lap up subsequent seasons at full price.... and season 4 special offers may be a long time coming if at all?

Btw, my order was delivered this morning - same look but different (better) packaging to the ealier seasons boxsets.

Tejstar doesn't understand how addictive 24 is as he hasn't had the pelasure of watching any of the series. We have all been bugging him to buy the first series with no luck. :D

I personally thought the packaging wasn't as good. Less space used to get your discs out but DAMN were they in tight....I almost broke a couple of discs trying to prise them out

Ive seen them all but I must admit that i got seriously bored mid way through season 4 - before it picked up again at the end, and then down again when they gave us that pitiful solution to the problem, and then back up again at the very end with Jack's fate.

A bit of a roller coaster ride.

Finally finished Season 4 boxset (& deleted scenes) after several late nights, agree with your assessment. Thought it was an improvement on S3, though not as good as S2, and the removal of unconnected 'b'-stories may not have been such a good idea since it forced many unconvincing/boring elements on the main "real-time" story.... and I've sorely missed Kim Bauer getting into silly situations in a tight vest since S2!

Its not massivley different - the discs come out the side of the box in this set instead of the top as the other 3 sets do - but still annoying for those of us who like our box sets to match

Just a heads up that Season 1 is now £23.97 at Amazon. Season 2 a few quid more.

Best price I can find at the mo.

I'm still looking to pick up Seasons 1 & 2 on the cheap and assumed that they may come down in price (again) once Season 4 had done the rounds..
