I travel a lot, and my laptops speakers are 
So, I'm looking for a nice, portable pair of speakers, not too heavy, but with good sound. Powered by USB would be a HUGE advantage, as I prefer not to have to cart around yet another power supply (and adaptor), but if they can be AA battery powered also, I could then, hopefully, also use them for my Ipod.
I don't have much music on my laptop, hence the ipod, so the ability to use on both would be great.
So what would you guys recommend? I'm also heading to the states in a couple weeks, would I be better buying there or here? I'm guessing here for warrenty issues etc...
