Best plasma for £1500 please?

Hi,
I am looking at purchasing a 42" Plasma, but even after much reading, am still confused as to what I should purchase.

Can I get an HD ready TV for this price that is worthwhile? Or should I wait until they appear in this price category?
Some have tuners etc and some dont. I dont mind whether the TV has a tuner, or speakers as long as I can get everything required for £1500.

What would you guys buy if you had £1500 to burn??

Or get a PWD7 Panasonic display - provided you have your own speakers / amp etc. that will give you a stunning picture. Think Richer Sounds were doing this.
