    I normally use therage.com or dvdboxoffice.com

Never had any customes charges from either, dvdbo is normally a bit cheaper (free shipping) but it can take a while if the item is not in stock. rage of the other hand have take a couple of days for items.

www.tronixweb.com are my favourite, ordered loads of time and they even mark the package value down for you

    http://videogamesplus.ca/

Great company for U.S/Canadian games. I've used them 7 or 8 times now and I'm really impressed with them, everything I've ordered has been shipped same day, received within 5 days and never any customs and that incudes a package worth £95  .

Postage is about £2 and you get most new titles delivered for under £30, also have some good preowned titles which are delivered free, I got Suikoden III for £13 a while back :D .

Dvdboxoffice and Play-Asia.com are both good - the latter for Japanese / asian games obviously, though they get some yank stuff too.

I'll second Videogamesplus; absolutely awesome prices and no import charges whatsoever.

I wish to use videogamesplus, but their website does not seem to use SSL for ordering, am I being daft not trusting my creditcard number?

For me Import Madness always deliver within 2 days if they have stock as they hold stock in this country. There's no shipping to worry about like if you went though DVD Box Office.

Try this to identify if a security certificate is being used. Right click anywhere on the web page, select properties and then press the certificates button. This should explain if there is a certificate.

However, I have just tried this on videogameplus - and I dont get one either.

I also get a lot of script errors under IE.

I always perform that check as well :) It works for me as soon as I've moved to the checkout screen where you enter your details, it's odd that it doesn't work for you guys

got an email from them, saying that it is secure, and to click on the geosites certificate logo on the homepage.

clicking on it under firefox does nothing. under IE it does take me to geosites' certificate, but that is for https:// vgp not http.

so, I go to https url, under IE (firefox won't). but then as soon as I log on, it redirects me to the unsecure http://www.videogamesplus.com

any ideas, otherwise I'll pay more from one of the others recommended :(

    sorted, thanks.

had to type in the https url in firefox to get there, and was then alright.
otherwise, it would not re-direct me to the secure site, and performing the checks you recommended would show it was insecure...

still, ordered now, and very cheap prices.
glad the pound is so strong at the mo.
