Does any phone stand out as being superior for taking video?
I've played back stuff recorded on my Nokia N95 thru the TV-out cable on a 46" Sharp LCD and it looked rather good
Is uses proper mp4 encoding as far as i'm aware
Can't say I've seen a better one
I'd of said N95 too.
Another vote for the N95. VGA @ 30fps and TV out.
If video is the #1 priority I'd say the N93i; it's designed for that very purpose.
Thanks for that - its actually for my 15 year old daughter so I was hoping for something a bit cheaper if it exists.
Try the Samsung U600 very trendy phone for your kid also good camera and reasonable video aswell probably better than most and also comes with 3.2 mega pixel camera. Think they have come down in price to about £139.99 were about £249 six months ago.
I have the new Samsung G600 with 5 Mega pixel camera and 1gb memory card cost £289.99 on play.com and video is fantastic
U600 looks like a contender - she loves the design so I will investigate further. Thanks
