I recently purchased the 32PFL7762D and have been trying to get the best picture settings ever since, as I'm not happy with the factory options.
    It is currently set at:
    Colour Temp - Medium
    Colour - 58
    Brightness - 58
    Contrast - 70

Have just tried out Maku's settings while watching Torchwood on Freeview, and the lower contrast seems to give a more natural looking picture. It isn't as bright, so may not be the best for daytime viewing, but in the evening it is fantastic.
