Best NTSC/PAL DVD player

Moving back from the US to Denmark I'm looking for a DVD player (don't have one now):

Here are my criteria:
- Have both PAL Progressive and NTSC Progressive out (I don't need conversion capabilities since my display accepts/display both NTSC and PAL (Panny TH-42PWD4UY)
- Region Free
- No chroma bug
- Macrovision off
- Preferably dual voltage
- Under $500

Any suggestions?
