Looking to get a good music player app, ideally something that i can download and listen to without having to be connected to the internet as I'll be travelling on the London Underground.

Is spotify the best out there? Or is there another better/similar/cheaper version I'm not aware of?

Apple music will launch at the end of the month and will give you a 3 month free trial to see what you think.

Spotify is great and what I use, but you can't really go wrong with any of the services in my opinion.

I've started using Spotify to create playlists of my favourite music. I am currently only using the free version of Spotify which allows you to play your playlists but only in shuffle mode - which is ok with me. I'll have a look at Apple Music when it launches.

I've found that even when I loose internet connection Spotify seems to continue playing a couple of tracks even with the free version. When playing music with Spotify does it actually download the tracks onto my phone to play and then delete them after they have played?

Was a long time Rdio user but now using Spotify. To be honest, I 'm going to start building up my own iTunes collection because the more I use spotify the more they've got me by the short and curly's

I'm really liking Apple Music at the minute, can't fault Spotify either though and I would probably end up going back to that.

In what respect you finding it better? Just interested to know as I use spot icy in the car via BT from my phone. Not great at skipping or finding tracks etc.

    I've got a BMW 3 series
That's the same as when I use spotify in my car but Apple music lets you search and all sorts so that side of things is a lot better
