Best method of copying from Sky+

SVHS or ? as I need more space than on the Sky+ hard drive. And the bigger hard drives are starting to have problems since the last software upgrade.
I want the best quality within reason.

Best Quality within reason would be S-VHS. I've got two and they are very good. make sure you use good tapes though.

S-VHS will do just fine for the next couple of years until recordable DVD gets it's act together.
