It's been quite a while since I've ordered any DVDs (like a year!), and it seems that there's less and less reason to buy R1 if what you want is available on R2.

I used to use play.com, they seem cheap but I believe they are currently quite slow at despatch/delivery.

So, suggestions for a cheap, quick shipping R2 online supplier?

In my experience PLAY are no different now than they have ever been.

Lots of Hight St. retailers have sales on at the moment which can make them quite cheap: www.hmv.co.uk , www.whsmiths.co.uk , www.mvc.co.uk , and Woolworths, Dixons etc
Also www.Amazon.co.uk have a few good dvds in their sale.

www.choicesdirect.co.uk are new and seem quite good, although I haven't ordered anything from them yet.
www.dvd.co.uk are good, I would definitely recommend them.
    There is also www.streetsonline.co.uk & www.mx2.org

And there is always good ol www.cd-wow.com

OK, looks like I'm wrong! I know a while back I waited nearly a month for some audio CDs, and I just got the general impression from uk.media.dvd that they'd gotten a little slower - guess it's to be expected at Xmas.
