Best LCD For £600-£700

My mate wants to get a new TV he is intrested in the Sony 37W5500. He will be using it for Blu-Rays and SD TV. Is there anything better for £600-£700?

He will probaly get a PS3 for the Blu-Ray but he said he he wont really use it for gaming, so no.

Why get a PS3 if all it is going to be used for is blu-rays. There are cheaper blu-ray players out there which do just as good a job if not better then the PS3.

does it have to be 37"?

PS: B650, B750, W5500 and V5500 are highly recommended. But if you can, try to aim for the Neo-PDP 42" model.
