    Hey guys,

Just bought meself a paif of the wharferdale bipoles on offer from HifiBitz at the moment but am unsure of where to place them. My lounge is actually quite a good living room for HC I think - almost 5m x 5m.

The settee is centred right against the back wall. What I would like to know is roughly how high above the listening area I should have them, and if there is any minimum distance between the speaker and the side wall required. The manual suggests 1.5 and 3.5 respectively which is fine, apart from the fact that the speakers would then be right under the ceiling.

    Cheers,
    Chris
