    Hi guys,

I'm looking to buy my first ever TV, I want the best one I can get for using with my 360 online and streaming films and whatever for my PC as that's what it will be mostly used for.

My budget is between £200-400. I need to spend as little as possible as I'm moving into a new flat and I've gotta buy loads of other stuff.

Not sure if this covers everything but I've read these are the things to look for in terms of getting the best TV gaming experience:

size - not too important, anything between 32-40in+ is fine
full HD 1080p - 1080p is better than 1080i right?
low input lag - As low input lag and response time as possible
refresh rate - needs to be at least 100hz apparently
    backlit LCD/LED or plasma
contrast - as high as possible
gaming mode - TV needs a gaming mode
outputs - need outputs for my 360, pc and speakers, although I wont ever have the 360/PC in at the same time obviously

I also want some surround sound speakers that I can switch between my TV and PC but not sure whether to post about them in another thread.

I'm not too bothered about Freeview HD and internet tv as i'll just connect my PC to the TV for these but if they are in the TV that's a bonus.

    Cheers!

Depends how much input lag is a problem - plasmas have less...

Too late now :) I went and bought the Samsung UE32D5000 last night as my mate has it and it seems perfect for my 360 and for connecting it to my PC. £325
