Best games currently on Stadia (for a novice player)?

I've not been into gaming for many, many years but with the bargain price recently of £19.99 for the controller and Chromecast Ultra I couldn't resist.

Due to being away from gaming for so long what games currently available on Stadia are worth trying?

I have a 1 month free trial but will pay for a few months.

I'm going to try MotoGP, Hitman (which I think is free at the moment?), Mafia III, Dirt 5 and Wavetale.
Destiny 2 is completely free and looks interesting.

I have a £10 voucher to spend so will buy a game but don't have a clue what to put it towards.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Mafia III is a great game. Strong storyline and great soundtrack.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is another epic game. Cyberpunk 2077 is another one.

People rave about Destiny 2, but i'll be damned if i know what to do. No tutorial, limited help.

Its worth noting you can subscribe to Ubisoft+ and link to your Stadia account so the likes of Assassins Creed, Far Cry series, Tom Clancy etc are available. You dont even need the Pro account to access it.

Yeah, £15/month. Its value is all down to use. I'm not sure how many hours i can play a month to get value at that price.

Not all the Ubisoft games are on Stadia though, you have to use a PC for some.
