Sugar free Tic-Tacs are 95% sugar

Under USA food labling rules you can declare something is sugar free if it has less than 0.5g of sugar per serving. Tic-tacs declare 1 serving to be a single Tic-tac which is under 0.5g and therefore even though they are over 95% sugar they can be declared as sugar free.

Any other classic examples of companies playing the rules for marketting messages?

I was so close to finishing my roast dinner on Sunday, but alas, I'd eaten 1 Tic-tac and spoiled my appetite :(
