    Hi all,

I want something thats better than my existing Sony 725 and it shouldn't cost more than £500 (ish), though i could be tempted to stretch a wee bit more.

    Thanks folks

    Bill

if you can push 200 more (i know its a lot but its a hell of a player) then you can get a toshiba 900e from www.leconcepts.com or you can have the model below which again is a hell of a player an considerably cheaper.or maybe sony ns900 or a sony ns 700.although if you have a 725 you may wanna got for the 900 to see any benefits.happy shopping mate and if you want reviews of the machines use the homecinema choice website an what video an tv

i have a pioneer 626 (i know its getting on lol) but a friend has just bought the 737 (he aint impressed now that he found that 747 is new one out) but be aware of the cd tray on pioneers the are noisy an not exactly well built.my mates ns900 kills mine for quietness an quality build so imagine what a tosh 900 would do.just gives you a little to think about mate thats all imstill happy with my player but a bit miffed at paying 500 when i bought it an the cd tray was like a 60 quid proline number though lol:D
