    Hi all,

I've just won a Pioneer PD-F1009 301 disk changer on ebay, I was wondering what would be the best way to connect this to my hifi/home cinema. I have a Pioneer VSX-D811S A/V amp with a Pioneer A-400 hifi amp using the A/V amps front left/right pre out to drive the front speakers for better music quality.

My question is this....would I be better to connect the changer to the A-400, directly using a high quality interconnect (Profigold PGA3000 Oxypure or similar) or would I be better to connect it to my A/V amp using a digital connection? What are this changers output characteristics like? Good analogue? Better digital?

Thanks in advance!
