Best Chance for Getting a New iPhone

Well after queuing for 2 hours and actually being in the Carphone Warehouse store just to hear them msay they have run out I really want the new iPhone like right now!!
I have my name down at Phones 4u and carphone warehouse.
Anyone got any tips - online or retail? Cant really afford another 2 hour line or trip.

Ended up with two (Sim Free 32gb) - got one for Mrs, but she prefers the 3gs - plus the money to go spending on clothes etc.

I was going to put it up on the FS section over weekend if she doesn't change her mind.

Hi, is there any chance to get know about iPhone stock level in Apple stores (Regent street or Brent Cross), how big are the queues?? Reason for asking is, I live abroad, but in case that it is possible to get iPhone without waiting 5 hours in queue and then get to know that no phone is left, I can call my relatives and ask them to go to Apple store and buy me one.
