Question Best ceiling mount for a JVC HD100

Active Member
Hi all,

I'd really appreciate some advice on purchasing a universal mount for my JVC HD100.

It's been in a makeshift cabinet for the last couple of years but I am overhauling my AV room (putting in ceiling speakers for atmos and painting etc) so thought it would be a good opportunity to mount it properly.

I don’t really want to spend much more than £50 but if it’s worth it I will consider spending more.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Some of my thoughts on potential mounts are below:

I have found a few cheap ones online that will apparently take the weight of my PJ (12kg). It's not always clear whether the mount will have enough reach for the feet but I believe these ones do have enough:

I also located a more expensive one that looks a bit more substantial:

This one is apparently very good but a little bit on the pricey side:

I would go with the last one (Peerless), just used one for my X5900 & easy to fit & adjust.
