Best Case for a 13" MacBook Pro?

Daughter is off to Uni and I don't want to **** away a grand on a laptop that'll come home in pieces

I have had mine since 2011 after pissing around with pc’s for years and it’s still going strong, best laptop i ever had

I've always liked the Incase Icon sleeve. Lightweight, but offers drop protection around the outside of the case and is lined so protects from scratches etc.

Do you mean a case for transportation or one that’s on all the time (on the display and bottom case).

Personally I don’t like the always on cases, dust and other things get in between them and the unit and scratch it anyway, plus I feel like the extra weight on the display eventually affects the hinges.
