Can anyone recommend a bluetooth GPS receiver? I have a dell Axim X50V and the Dell bluetooth GPS to go with it, but it's pretty poor when it gets overcast or rains and basically doesn't get a signal.

Are the Sirfstar III ones ok in poor weather, or will i be wasting my cash? The one i'm thinking of is the Holux GPSlim 236.

The sensitivity of SirfStar III is much greater than II.

I have a 236 & it's quite happy in the glovebox in all weather & under dense foliage.

I use one of these and have had no problems whatsoever. It locks on quickly and has great battery life. Cheaper than the Holux too!

Tejstar, how long will it last on battery?

I ask as the solar options appeal for their 'up to 30 hours' promise.

To me that's the week driving about.

I spend a lot of time in my car.

I haven't tested it fully, but I've got at least 10 hours at it and it still seems to have loads of juice left. There's a car charger as well if its needed.
