Seeing juboy has a poll on the best actor to play Batman I thought we might as well see which was the best film.

I liked Batman Returns, I like the character Catwoman which I believe they are going to make a movie of there was some great rapport between her and Batman. The Ice Princess was rather yummy. And was more about Batman than the other individual characters (just), and was still nice and dark.

I did say in my opinion ;) . I wouldn't expect everyone to agree on everything (wheres the fun in that?) :)

tbh I liked the original Batman, Batman Returns and Batman Forever so its not like I'm saying 'Batman was excellent - the rest suck'. I prefer Batman (1989) though for various reasons.

Fair enough. Everyone either mis-reads or mis-interprets something on the Internet at some point

I'm not sure why, but I preferred the second Batman movie to the first. (the less said about those that came after, the better)

It probably came down to Danny DeVito as the Penguin, and (of course) Chris Walken.

Speaking of... VERY GOOD NEWS regarding the Batman franchise at AICN yesterday. There might be hope yet.
