Best all in one package for my mum

My mum wants to go broadband (finally) but she wants one of those all inclusive packages where she gets line rental, free calls and broadband.
Any ideas??
She will be a very occasional user and wont ever download anything.

Ah yes a wireless router would be needed as she is getting a laptop.

Plusnet do a couple for £23/28 which might be worth looking at, and the usual suspects like BT/TalkTalk/AOL do them.

If you find out which LLU providers are availible at her local exchange then those ISPs are worth checking out as many of them offer cheaper services in areas where they've got LLU equipment installed.
