Best 40"" 1080p LCD for PC,360,PS3?

Can someone tell the best 40"" HDTV 1080p....so many im confused.

Must be 40""

Must work with PC via VGA and do 1:1 pixel at 1920x1080

Must work with 360 via VGA at 1920x1080

Must work with PS3 via HDMI

No over scan

Hardly any motion blur if possible

1080p of course.



My budget is £1300
