Soon to have top end crt to watch my beloved laserdiscs through. My Pioneer hld x0 has a special composite bnc out that bypasses internal 3d comb filter to feed pure composite to an improved 3d comb filter in a scaler. It also has a standard s-video so using the Pioneer's comb filter.

I have heard the 3d comb filter is best in the vision hdq over the current radiance, but that bluray/dvd is best served by the radiance

My question is that with 500+ LD's, do I go for the vision hdq and maximise LD's, or use the svideo and rely on the radiance for best bluray?
