Best 28-32 LCD/LED TV that plays AVI from USB?

Hi

I'm looking for recommendations for a 28-32" TV (LCD/LED) - for the bedroom, dont want to spend more than £250 ideally...

Requirements

Built in freeview
AVI / MKV playback from USB
Good EPG

Any help much appreciated.....
