Having just seen Samsung's new LCD range, I'm really interested in the LE26R41BD, and BE Direct seem to be selling it for £659.99 inc. VAT and delivery. It doesn't actually say when it's due to come out, though.

I'm swaying towards buying a 26" screen now because I've come to the conclusion that 32" will probably be too big for the room I intend to use it in. It does seem a little bit that 26" models don't have quite the same connections and specs available where 32" is concerned which is the only worry I have.

I'm wondering what you people think of the LE26R41B/D or if there are any other 26" screens to be on the lookout for in the near future or good ones that are already out.

    Cheers

How far off is that, and do you have anymore details about it - in particular price?

Consider the Loewe A26. It is the first LCD/Plasma to be recommended by Which magazine as having a PQ comparable to a decent CRT. It has an impressive array of connection options, including the new HDMI. However, it is pricey.
