Best £300 to £350 laptop

Standard Member
Hi, my girlfriend has a budget of £300-£350 on a laptop to buy for college but she also wants to be able to play the sims 4 on it. Could anyone help me out as to what I could possibly get. I know the budget is low but she would like one to be able to run this game as maybe a good high gigabyte laptop for some movies and such.

Thank you for any help

Will the Sims 4 be installed via a DVD or is it downloaded?

Does screen size matter?

This Lenovo would have ticked all the boxes: LENOVO IdeaPad 3 14" Laptop - AMD Ryzen 3, 128 GB SSD, Grey

You might still find stock available in-store local to you.

This laptop has a proper 'grown up' processor in it, most other laptops in the £300-350 use old mobile-derived designs that really lack performance and will struggle with basic browsing with multiple tabs, nevermind something like The Sims.

The next closest I could recommend is this: HP 14-cf3512sa 14" Laptop - Intel® Core™ i3, 128 GB SSD, Black but is slightly above your budget.
