Thanks for the review. I have been using a W1070 for a couple of years now and it is without a doubt the best value home cinema component I have ever bought.
Most of the issues that come through in this review are unsurprisingly there on the W1070 as well, but I might get a demo to see if it is worth the upgrade. Have you used a W1070 and, if so, did you notice much difference? The rainbow effect reduction sounds useful, but I have largely learnt to ignore it anyway.
My room is set up in such a way that I can only use the BenQ range as everyone else uses a throw distance that is either too long or too short, so it is nice to have another option.
I am interested to try the wireless kit as well. I notice that the review states that it doesn't cause break-up of the image, but would you say the quality is 100% as good as having a direct HDMI cable connection or is there some loss?
