benq w100 lens smudge question

can anyone help me with this problem?

Had the benq w100 for around 6 months now and all in all i am satisfied. However just recently I noticed a smudge in the display top right, which if the screen is black was quite noticable, but no problem at any other time.
Then I noticed it even more on the ps2 dashboard thing as that is predominately black, and i noticed if you defocus the lens the smudge actually looks like a couple of tiny hairs stuck to the [im guessing here] inside of the lens.

My question therfore is has anyone else had this problem? and if so is there an easy way to sort it out?

Any help / pointers most appreciated.

Don't shave near the projector :D

you could try blasting some compressed air into the unit but make sure you don't blast more dust in there.
