Benq ML20p - How do I connect it in to my media setup?

Hi - I have a Benq ML720p projector (BenQ Projectors: BenQ MP720p DLP projector) and I have:

Virgin Media V+ HD (HDMI into TV)
Xbox Elite (HD via component into TV)
Blu-Ray Player (connected into TV via HDMI)
Media PC (currently connected via VGA but upgrading to HDMI)

I purchased the projector second-hand and will be getting a new bulb but wanted to work out how the hell I connect it all up? Ideally I'd like to tie in all the sources above (altho it'll be difficult as the projector doesn't have HDMI input) ??

I know it only does 720p but I only got this to get going and will upgrade when budget allows.

Please help - I want to post pictures of my setup on here once I have it all functioning

I asked a similar question recently for my Sim2. AV amps etc won't convert a digital signal via HDMI to analogue, but this will:

There are a few resellers in the UK that can be found with Google. It's not cheap but seems a very high quality solution that will be easy to sell on once yo are done with it. I'm sure there will be alternatives too. There is a clone called HDFireFury that apparently can kill you PJ so perhaps avoid that one!
