Benq hd ready Projector PB2140 help!

I have just purchased a nic new benq projector hd ready
But i want to connect my xbox 360 to the hd input which according to benq is a serial input. But the xbox 360 has a component cable which cannot be directly connected somebody please help!
The projector has 1 x serial input 1 x video input 1 x svid input.
i would prefer to keep the cost below £20 and i would like to be able to purchase the Parts in a UK store.

A couple of things...

1. It's HD compatible, not HD Ready. Native rez is 800 x 600.
2. You need a component to VGA cable. Try ebay...

You need the xbox 360 vga cable, see here (out of stock)or here

This will connect the 360 to the vga input on the projector, which you have called the serial input.
