Hi, this does have something to do with Xbox Live, bun not much....

Ok, well I have a Belkin F5D7630uk4A

I've had it for about 18 months and never had so much as a problem with it, until the data light on the front of the router went out and so did my internet connection.

I usually just log in to Windows, open a browser and I'm connected, just as it should be used. Always connected no problem wirelessly with LIVE as well.

My internet provider is AOL. Yeah, I know, but as I said, I've never had connection problems with them.

So, to get on AOL now I have to open up the AOL software and sign on. Because of this, no internet sharing can happen.

I'm going to contact Belkin tomorrow, just wondered if anyone else has had this happen to their router, or if there is something I'm missing. I hadn't messed with any settings, I just turned on the PC and no connection.

Had any lightening storms lately? A lot of the UK has, it might have been hit.

See if you can logon to the router itseld to find out what its doing.
