Been offered a Samsung 50" Plasma...Help

Ok I have been offered a 50" plasma Samsung TV which I have been advised retails at about £1100 for £600. Just a quick question what are Samsung plasmas like at the moment, I believe it is current stock. I am not sure if it is 720p or 1080p and I don't know the model number.

Any help would be great.

Thanks

Without knowing a model number its impossible to tell you

Q97/96 and C96 are current 720 and 1080i versions

There is a PF i think thats 1080P

If its a Q7 etc then its not current

the q96/97 can be got for around £850-£900 online anyway so don't take the £1100 as gospel, that looks like a normal shop price.
