bedroom speakers

hi all, i am looking for bedroom speakers that are loud and that have amazing bass and most of the music i listen to is very bassy.

I have a small budget at 200-300.

Do you need speakers and an amp or just speakers? Or do you want active speakers?
What do you want to connnect to the speakers?
What space do you have? Do they have to be small?
