Beats Studio Problem

Hi All,

I have recently purchased a set of these and the left speaker has a most annoying problem!

When the power is switched on for the noise cancelling, the left ear has a dud-dud-dud-dud-dud pulsing noise. I have tried new batteries and other makes of batteries but to no avail!

Just to add to the problems I bought them from the PX shop on KAF so I only got a 7 day return policy!!

Has anyone got a similar problem that has been fixed?

A quick Google suggests it's quite common. I'd get them them sent back before that 7 day return period is up

The problem was that I was out of my 7 day warranty!

I took them back tonight and after much arguing got my refund.

Now, to decide if I get the Sennheiser ones or bite the bullet and go Bose!
