Hi ,

My new sony DVD player bluray was working fine ...

but today it says

and keeps flashing see you on the screen display ..

it wont do anything else ...any one help ...please

It seems to be trying to shut down for some reason, looks like it needs repaired.

It's been fine how does Sony warranty work I bought it from
Sony.co.uk just over a month or so a go will the collect and replace it ?

Why would the fan stay on all the time it's sitting on its only in open air glass shelf not even switched on just standby strange

Yes off course I have Sony warranty service is useless very very poor service they won't collect the unit you have to take it personnel what a joke
