BBCi, Red Button and Ray Stubbs!?

Just got a V+ box, but the red button does't work!

Is there any workaround that I can do to get BBCi on a Saturday afternoon to get Ray and moany Garth Crooks on for the scores?

It's the closest thing on Virgin to SkySportsNews at the moment......

Try hard resetting the box (pull out of the mains for 30 seconds).

That sometimes re-enables the red button.

If a reset doesnt work its a phone call to the dreaded customer support. There is an option somewhere in one of the menus that they can enable for you which should make it work.
