Just had a quick ganda and it'd appear some dvds are not available to all resellers here as they are there, if at all in some cases.
One would assume that increasing BBC profits should lead to, at the least, a stabilisation of its fee. Not quite the poor old beeb any more per chance.

I've said this many a time. BBC US, has a much better Blackadder box set, and often releases other classic sitcoms far in advance of the UK dates.

However, don't by "Walking With Dinosaurs/Beasts" from the US. All voiceovers by Ken Branaugh have been replaced by Avery Brooks (yep Captain Sisko).

On the subject of BBC DVDs that are available in the US but not here then it truely is amazing. Numerous British classics such as I Claudius, Berkley Square, All Creatures Great & Small, Henry VIII & his Six Wives, Elizabeth R and the up and coming Dr Who Key To Time boxset are all available in the US with no sign of them ever being available here. BBC Worldwide, who deal with the UK releases, are IMHO useless.
