Batteries and Olympus C5000z

I am about to buy an Olympus C5000 zoom (unless you 'Learned Ones' tell me otherwise) and this comes with a Lithium-ion battery.
I have read criticism of various types of batteries and would appreciate advice as to what types of batteries are recommended by the Members.

It lasted an average of 200 shots in our testing, including heavy use of the LCD for shooting and reviewing shots, and testing the camera's menu system. We always recommend having a second fully-charged battery on hand for the inevitable coincidence of a dead battery meeting a once in a lifetime photo op.
