Finnish hifi site audiovideo.fi did an article about using steam pipe insulation jackets as bass traps some years ago. Inspired by it I got myself some as it was easy to purchase through the company I worked in at the time.

Hi , bit of advice please if I may, when I run auddessy room correction I can hear ringing noise and when I clap it seams loud , would it be worth putting up some acoustic foam panels on the rear wall , pic added thanks

Probably, yes. Something like the following would be better than foam if you can afford it (and probably easier to sell on if you end up not being happy with it):
