I need to set up a distribution in a house refurbishment.

As far as I can tell supplying a basic TV socket in each room is enough.

So I was planning on using a splitter such as...

ae235

in the loft with a single cable running to each room.

This would then be connected to the aerial.

Is there anything else that I need to do?

Thanks.

You'll need a launch amplifier with that, which won't support magic eyes. for a similar price I would use this or similar:

WOLSEY 8 Way Bi-Directional Amplifier

Make sure you wire the sockets with WF100 or TX100 coax, I would recommend you use F type connectors at the amplifier end.
