I'm in the very early stages of planning a re-decoration of my lounge and I wondered what my best options for lighting are.

I'd like to have a couple of lighting 'profiles' that I can control from my Harmony remote/wall switch, I'm not looking have loads of colour, more lamps on/off or maybe dimmed. I currently have wall lights, and a RF dimmable ceiling light but I'm looking to add a couple of lamps (or rather the wife is!) and maybe some LED strip behind the TV for ambience.

I may re-wire as I would like to be able to control from a wall switch, but from research thus far the systems are either remote plug sockets or all singing and dancing automation.

Is there something that suits my needs?

Thanks in advance!

With the Harmony Ultimate the Philips Hue is probably best as supported as standard.
