Base unit only

I'm looking to upgrade my PC and know the general spec I need. I have a good monitor so only need the base unit. I'm struggling to find a good source, I don't need a very high spec:

2Gig Ram
Reasonably quick dual core (prefer Intel)
Would like XP but will probably have to settle for Vista.
Graphics card needs to be able to display films at 720p but not necessarily over hdmi. It won't be used for gaming (my PS3 satisfies that requirement).
Big HD around 500Gig

Any ideas where I could look?

My pc spec would do that easy.

Mobo:
http://www.ebuyer.com/product/141600 £52
Ram:
http://www.ebuyer.com/product/116755 £30 (I now have 6GB DDR2 ram, £53 for 2x2GB sticks)
Hard Drive: (x2)
http://www.ebuyer.com/product/131214 £60
Case:
http://www.ebuyer.com/product/115479 £18
Processor:
http://www.ebuyer.com/product/143202 £86 (Price has gone up, i only paid £74 from ebuyer.)
PSU:
http://www.ebuyer.com/product/135453 £20 (Just as good, if not better than a £35 psu)
Graphics Card:
http://www.ebuyer.com/product/141131 £49 (Plays HD films and games very well)

Total Cost:
£315

Os: Use can use your current or if you want Vista Pre, add about £60 to the final price. It is worth going for 64bit os and get an extra 4gb ddr2 ram. Will be future proof aswell!

I hadn't thought about building my own, don't know why not, I'm quite capable of doing it. I guess there are loads of guides on the net.

Is it just a matter of assembling, switching it on and intalling the OS?
